Richard is a dynamic leader with more than 30 years experience in property and resort development, marketing, sales and finance, both in the USA and Europe. He is a wealth creator through the founding and development of companies with strong market brands, quality products, excellent management and marketing systems and quality management teams.
As Co-founder and Chairman of Global Development Ltd, Richard created 15 luxury holiday resorts in Spain, England, Scotland, France and Austria; several of these resorts were awarded Gold Crown certification for excellence in quality and service. More than 30,000 families joined the Global Vacation Club as a way to guarantee quality future holidays at today’s prices.
Richard co-founded and was Chairman of Viva Estates from 1998 through 2006. Viva is a leading brand real estate agency in Spain which has sold more than 10,000 Spanish properties to Spanish Nationals and Northern European clients.
Richard co-founded and was Chairman of Green Independent until his majority shareholding was acquired by Management early in 2008. Green is a market leader in providing mortgage, insurance and investment advice for UK and other European clients who wish to purchase property overseas.
As Chairman of Owner Invest, Richard’s objectives are to assure that Owner Invest offer the best investment products available in the buy-to-let Condo-Hotel, Apart-Hotel and Hotel-Suite industry, to ensure that the Owner Invest brand becomes the leader in this industry and to assist the Directors with building the value of the Owner Invest business.
Mark has 15 years Sales and Marketing experience at Director Level and is widely regarded in the management of real estate and vacation club membership schemes throughout Europe, USA and Malaysia. He is highly experienced in business start ups and has created and managed successful sales and marketing strategies and teams within companies worldwide.
Mark has an extensive network of personal contacts in the IFA market, both in the UK and overseas.
Janet has over 20 years experience of international real estate in Sales and Marketing. She was operating at Director level in Spain, USA, Malaysia and the United Kingdom for large multi-use resort developments. She has overseen developments from off plan single use apartments through to 5 star hotel complexes generating in excess of $1 billion dollars worth of sales.
She is renowned for her excellent leadership and communication skills where she places customer satisfaction her number one priority. Janet is passionate about creating and developing the very best property investment opportunities for Owner Invest. After spending the past 20 years working in the global property market she brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to investors.
Ian Marsh is a dynamic Senior Consultant with a wide range of experience in B2B and B2C Financial Services, Trade Associations, International Property Development, Charities and Management Consulting.
Ian was Head of Pensions for 5 years with Royal Life and Pensions and Head of Technical Services at Royal Insurance. FPC qualified, he has significant experience internationally in finance and real estate. Ian has an exceptional network of contacts within the Financial Services sector, covering sales and marketing for intermediaries, distributors, product providers, accountants, lawyers, trade associations, consultancies and other related services.
He has indepth knowledge of all types of life, pensions, mortgages, bank lending and supporting areas, along with excellent Financial Services technical, topical and legislative awareness.
Peter has worked in the financial services sector since 1984, qualifying as a stockbroker and then moving to the London stock exchange in 1986.
He developed and built one of the largest offshore financial services companies and floated it in the USA in 2005. After 13 years of heading up the business the company had grown to 23 offices with over $2.2bn of assets under management.
Peter is on the board of several companies in an advisory capacity and is involved in looking at strategic partners and long term financial partners for Owner Invest.
He is also preparing the company for its European public flotation in 2009.

Howard has over 25 years experience in accounting and financial services and is responsible for ensuring that products meet the strictest financial criteria for inclusion in the Owner Invest portfolio, ensuring that they are safe and will provide the best possible returns for our clients
