You can buy it on your own or with friends and family from just £25k via our syndicated SIPP. Please remember though that free personal use is not allowed if purchased through a SIPP. As an Investor you will earn 50% of the revenue generated by your hotel room and £10,000+ p.a. is VERY realistic in the hotels, resorts and apart-hotels we offer. The other 50% of the revenue goes to the management team who will take care of everything on your behalf including maintenance, marketing and most importantly filling the rooms. For you its a completely hassle free investment.
And to get some sense of how successful the Aparthotel investment model can be (which has already been massively successful in the US), compare the official hotel occupancy levels (provided by the Board of Tourism for the Costa del Sol) against the levels required to achieve a very healthy return from the Royal Suites Marbella and you will see what we mean.

And importantly, because you own the Freehold you can also expect capital appreciation of anything between 5 and 15%. This can be even more depending on where, what and when you buy.
