You buy the freehold for an apartment in one of the oustanding resorts and locations we offer. Prices start as low as £99k for a 1 bedroom fully furnished (luxury) apartment and up to 100% mortgages are available*. You can buy it on your own or with friends and family from just £25k via our syndicated SIPP. Please remember though that free personal use is not allowed if purchased through a SIPP. As an Investor you will earn 50% of the revenue generated by your hotel apartment and £10,000+ p.a. is VERY realistic in the aparthotels we offer. The other 50% of the revenue goes to the management team for their efforts. They will take care of everything on your behalf including maintenance, marketing and occupancy (filling the rooms). For you its a completely hassle free experience.

And to get some sense of how successful the Aparthotel investment model can be (which has been massively successful in the US), compare the official hotel occupancy levels (provided by the Board of Tourism for the Costa del Sol) against the levels required to achieve a very healthy return from the Royal Suites Marbella and you will see what we mean.

And importantly, because you own the Freehold you can also expect capital appreciation of anything between 5 and 15%. This can be even more depending on where, what and when you buy. The Royal Suites is a fine example where we have negotiated a 30% discount on your behalf. Thats 30% capital built in from the start and we have the offical bank valuation to prove it.
